Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into circles
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F (180 C)
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, sprinkle garlic powder and ginger powder.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes
  4. Spread vegetables over the chicken
  5. Bake for 10 more minutes.
