I’ve been craving a nice baked chicken for a few days. Finally, I got my cravings satisfied. This baked Asian-inspired dish is really easy to make. If you have 30 minutes at your disposal, don’t think too much, go for it. This is one of the easiest recipes on planetĀ Earth. I call it ‘Dump-Bake-Done’ method.
For this recipe, take 2 boring chicken breasts and cut them into large pieces. Put the chicken pieces in a medium bowl and add soy sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and ginger powder. Stir up the ingredients and let the liquid coat the chicken. Set aside.
Cover the baking sheet with the aluminum foil. Spread the chicken and pour all remaining liquids from the bowl over the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes.
In the same bowl where the soy sauce concoction was prepared, slice the bell pepper and zucchini and toss them up. There will still be some leftover soy sauce spread on the sides of the bowl. Stir the vegetables in a way that the soy sauce remainder coats the veggies. Set aside.
While the chicken is baking, when about 10-12 minutes remain, add zucchini and bell pepper slices and spread over the chicken.
Bake for 10-12 minutes and the dish is ready.
This recipe is incredibly easy to make and has an amazing aroma. A must-try for anyone on any non-vegan diet plan.
